Step 1

Use exfoliating gel or scrub to remove dead cells on skin.

Step 2

Use a warm towel and place it on your face for 3 minute (To open up your pores for cleaning purpose). After that, massage your face for 15 minutes in order to remove the whiteheads and blackheads out in your pores.

Step 3

Use your cleansing foam/ gel and lots of cold water (Your cleansing product) to wash your face deeply. Use plenty of water to clean the product from your face (Purpose: to minimize the size of pores)

Step 4

Use toner/ lotion to minimize again your pores and for refreshing.

Tip: You also can use lemon to minimize your large pores by dropping some lemon into the water which you use to wash your face. Please don’t use the lemon directly onto your face. Your skin is very sensitive to it.

Identify Your Skin

Now, how to choose the best product for your skin? You have to identify the type of your skin first.

1) Oily Skin

Oily Skin is easily to identify with the greasy shine all over your face and there's relatively larger pores to see. It may be prone to black heads and acne due to Oily skins having a stickier sebum / oil.The oily skin is mostly all right after washing the face, but the skin will still look greasy if unappropriate skin care products are used. The situation will get worsen when there are pimples occured. Secrets: Use a gentle foaming facial wash/gel wash with some clarifying lotion and a light oil-free moisterizer. You can apply clear spot gel for the pimples's treatment afterwards. But remember drink a lot of water for the people with this type of skin. Oily doesn't mean too much hydration but require water to balance our system. Please only use tissue if you want to remove the oil on your face and don't touch your face with your hands because there are lots of unseen bacterias at your hands everyday that can harm your face.

2) Combination Skin

Most of us have this kind of skin, with an oily center area across T-zone area at the forehead, nose, and chin, and areas of dryness on the cheeks, and around the eyes and neck. The pores can apear as spots and mostly visible with normal size. After washing, this kind of skin will look clear and smooth. But you will probably suffer from occasional blemishes at the T-zone area and your cheeks likely to suffer from dry patches. Secrets: use foaming face wash which has mild ingredients and message your face with it. A face toner is necessary step for refreshing your face.

3) Dry Skin

Dry skin looks dry, sometimes flaky, and often feels tight. This is due to a under production of sebum, and usually dry skins are dehydrated. The most important thing to remember is that a dry skin lacks oil, a dehyrated skin lacks water. They are often confused, but a good way to identify whether your skin is dry is to support an area and pull your thumb accross the forehead, nose and cheek. if there is no shine that comes off, then it is usually dry. This shows that the current skin care products using is not enough and not the best for your skin. Thus, the pores are not visible. Secrets: Use the specifically designed products while taking care of your skin. Apply lots of moisturizer. Clean the skin throughly and use cotton to clean it before using cold water to wash your face. Then can apply moisturizer. This can keep the moisturizer of the skin and giving the skin a fresh look.

Before ending this post, i will remind once again. Remember to wash your face twice a day, drink
a lot water, take some good sleep (8 hours) and apply some suncreen or use umbrella when
you go out .

Basic skin care

Skin care daily is a very important step in getting the path to the secrets of beautiful skin. There are three steps which are cleansing, clarifying/ toning and moisturising. People are encouraged to wash their face with a foam/cleanser after using exfoliants to remove ded skin. It can be done by scrubbing the skin gently with a mildly abrasive material and a soap that contains salicylic acid can help remove old skin so that new skin can grow. Alkaline soaps, especially with deodorant, should be avoided. After that in the second steps, pores of the faces can be minimizes by applying the toner with cotton. The skin should be patted dry and immediately lubricated with a water-based moisturizer to prevent further dehydration. There are hundreds of creams and lotions are available for wrinkle-protection, although very few have been proven to be very effective. No matter what product people put on their skin, it is important to include sunscreen with the daily skin regimen, even if someone is going outdoors for a short time.

Beside that, positive habits also can be a secret for our beautiful skin such as

1) Drinking 2 Litres of water daily especially when a person wake up from their sleep in the morning, he/she should have a plenty drinks of water before go to toilet.

2) Enjoy each of meal which rich in fresh vegetables as well as fruits

3) Try to have a sound, restful sleep for 8 hours. The best period is from 10pm to6pm. This is because our body system will work from 10pm to 2am so that we can detoxify from our body system.

4) Take high quality supplements including vitamins & mineral as well as Omega 3 essential fatty acids. Because our daily intake is not enough for our body.

5) Practice a daily skin care as i mentioned above. But before that, you must get to know your own skin care- combination, oily or dry skin.

6) Exercise regularly- at least 3 times per week (3o minutes per time)

7) Keep the stress to the minimum level

8) Limit intake caffeine and alcohol

9) Avoid excess exposure to sunlight or extremes of temperature (use suncreen)

I will like to share with you the above habits one by one in this blog soon. Thank you.
